“We contacted Suzi regarding our dog Hugo’s escalating aggressive behaviour, including resource guarding and reactivity that had begun to feel unsafe. Her assessment was thorough, calm, and grounded in clear behavioural science. She identified contributing factors we had not considered and provided a structured, realistic plan. The transformation in both our understanding and our dog’s behaviour has been remarkable. We felt supported, never judged, and fully informed at every stage.”
